  1. Can I pickup the scooter from your warehouse or will you deliver to my hotel or home?

  9. Can all of your scooters break down easily to fit into the trunk of a car or van?  

  1.              Q: Can I pickup the scooter from your warehouse or will you deliver to my hotel or home?

    A: Currently we DO NOT allow pickup at the warehouse but we do deliver to all Disney, Universal, International Drive, Airport hotels/resorts located, and Vacation Condos and Homes in Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport area.

    Our Delivery and Pick Up is FREE.

  2.              Q: Where do I pickup my Rental when I arrive at my hotel?

    A: Once you arrive at your hotel your Rental item(s) will usually be at bell services (luggage room) or the front desk. Please return your Rental to the place of pickup when your rental period is done. A $25 fee will be charged for all equipment left in hotel rooms.

  3.              Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

    A: Yes, please call us 48hrs prior to your arrival.   

  4.              Q: Will I be charged a deposit for the scooter rental equipment?

    A: No, but in the rental agreement you accept all responsibilities for any damages to the rental equipment outside of normal wear and tear while in your possession. A $25 fee will be charged for all equipment left in hotel rooms.

  5.              Q: When do you run the charges on my card?

    A: Although we take your credit card details to hold your reservation at the time of booking, we do not charge and process your order until we are preparing it for delivery.

  6.             Q: What happens if my scooter rental breaks down in the parks?

    A: You must call K&M Rentals immediately we will then troubleshoot the problem over the phone to determine if it's operator's or mechanical error if it is mechanical error and the scooter is "NON OPERABLE" we will arrange to replace the scooter.

  7.              Q: How long will my scooter last before I will have to recharge the batteries?

    A: The battery life of the scooter depends on different calculations most important is the weight of the user. A person who is for instance 150 lbs will get more battery life than a person weighing 300 lbs. The terrain and age of the batteries also play a part in the overall life of the battery.

    Our batteries tend to last all day and even at the max weight you should be able to get between 7-10hrs of use. We also recommend that you take the battery charger to the park on that way you could at least charge them at the theme park to last the rest of day then you could notify K&M Rentals so that we can exchange the defective batteries.

  8.              Q: How do I know if my battery charger is working or that the battery is fully charged?

    A: Please charge your scooter every night regardless of use (a red and yellow light indicates charging; green light indicates the battery is fully charged).

  9.              Q: Can all of your scooters break down easily to fit into the trunk of a car or van?

    A: If you will be transporting the scooter in your car to and from the local attractions we recommend the GO-GO Elite Traveler Plus (3 or 4 Wheel).They disassemble easily by one person and can fit into the trunk of a Mid-Size Car, Van or SUV. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                          K&M Rentals DO NOT recommend renting the DAYTONA 4GT, LUXURY or the SUPERIOR heavy duty scooters if you plan on transporting it to and from the theme parks. Unless of course you have two or three really fit individuals who could lift the scooter fully assembled into the rear of a mini van or SUV with the third row seats totally removed or folded down.
